Globet Sportsbook remains off-line nine months after pulling the plug on its operation. Sportsbook Review reported that Globet, rated D- at the time of going off-line, owed approximately $30,000 to players and had accumulated a handful of slow-pay complaints prior to the collapse. Online sportsbook Globet still hasn't paid its players
Globet Sportsbook remains off-line following their abrupt closure earlier this year. Over two dozen Globet players have filed complaints with SBR over not receiving payment, the amount owed to these players exceeds $30,000. SBR will update as any new information becomes available on the Globet case. These players are in the same boat as those who lost their funds upon the closing of Canbet Sportsbook, although that case was on a much larger scale as Canbet Sportsbook users were stiffed over $1 million.
Globet Sportsbook case grows cold
Globet Sportsbook remains off-line. Players reported being owed over $25,000 by the fallen sportsbook, which operated with a license from the UK Gambling Commission. SBR reported that the lights turned out at Globet Sportsbook on February 19. Since that time, players have continued to launch complaints over non-payment to SBR. Globet’s former managers are unreachable and at this time there is no update on the status of these users funds. SBR will update in the event that further news develops.
Globet Sportsbook players remain owed
Since Globet Sportsbook has surrendered their UK Gambling Commission licence, players have continued to report not receiving their funds as the sportsbook remains down for the count. Bodugi Sportsbook (unrated) has had their gambling license revoked by the UK Gambling Commission. Bodugi had allegedly been slow-paying and no-paying customers since as early as February 2014, when their license was first brought under scrutiny.
