Exbinog Sportsbook agrees to revisit all past complaints

A manager from Exbinog Sportsbook has contacted SBR and explained that all previous payout complaints and issues with player accounts were attributable to being under the jurisdiction of Montenegro. SBR reported in November 2015 that Exbinog was stripped of its Montenegro license by its e-Gaming regulator.

The player deposited €250 on May 29 after accepting a 100% cash bonus offer which carried a large play-through requirement. The player at one point increased his balance to over €3,000, before having a bad day and ending up at €1,386. After requesting his first ever withdrawal, Exbinog closed his account.

SBR member updates thread confirming payment from Exbinog

On January 8, SBR member “pawpl” posted a thread on bookmaker Exbinog – a sports betting site licensed and regulated by the government of Montenegro. He stated that he requested a €1,600 payout on the 1st of this year, and that another €900 was pending to be withdrawn from his available balance. The player bumped the thread today to confirm that he has been paid a few times from this sportsbook.
