dimebetting News

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Dimebetting (SBR rating F) closed. The site is no longer offering lines or processing payouts. Dimebetting former owner, John Vega tells SBR that he does not have the funds on hand to pay players, and is attempting to obtain a loan. The situation is similar to the one Dimebetting was in only a few months earlier; before being bailed out by, and subsequently controlled by 777Rock. The two sites have split as of last week and are no longer affiliated. However, Scott, owner of 777 tells SBR that he will take on player account balances once again, this time at 777Rock.com. John has promised to reimburse 777Rock when funds are released by his “investors”.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

777Rock (SBR rating C-) ends partnership with Dimebetting (SBR rating D), switches to ASI software. Two months after bailing out insolvent Dimebetting and launching on the Dimebetting platform, 777Rock ends affiliation with the sportsbook and moves to office in Santa Ana, Costa Rica. 777Rock will be reassessed after completing plans to upgrade website and to add Neteller and credit card processing in mid December. 777Rock ownership is known for its successful credit business and tells SBR that they are now using the facilities of one of the industry’s largest credit operations.

Dimebetting (SBR rating D-):

Players still waiting for payment should contact Assistance@SportsbookReview.com.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Dimebetting (SBR rating F) makes payments on delinquent accounts after entering into partnership with new sportsbook 777Rock (not rated).  Dimebetting tells SBR they will operate under 777Rock but still function as a separate site with its original staff. SBR will again be submitting a list of owed account holders in hopes that all funds will be released.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Three new players report Dimebetting (SBR rating F) owing them over $26,000.  Management again states that players will be paid but can not say when. Dimebetting continues to market a 50% bonus and their “CPA (certified payout assurance) program”. Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some new players will be drawn to these false assurances from insolvent sportsbooks like Dimebetting.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

After waiting months, two players have confirmed receiving payment from Dimebetting (SBR rating F+).

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

A few players have reported receiving partial payment from Dimebetting (SBR rating F+). SBR will continue to monitor payment plans and report on the status of these delinquent accounts.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

New payout complaints coming from Dimebetting (SBR rating D-) players. Phone clerks state that there is no one available to discuss these issues and that ownership is out of the country attempting to solve their financial problems. One player reports that he has been owed nearly $7,000 for over one month but has received nothing but reassurances that the funds are on the way.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Dimebetting (SBR rating D-) slow-paying player owed nearly $4,000 since Monday. Management claims that they are having problems with their Panama bank and are unable to fund their Neteller merchant account or use Western Union. The book is telling its players they are moving money from Panama to US banking facilities and they will be paid once that transfer is completed. Players should avoid this sportsbook at this time.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Dimebetting (SBR rating D-) settles dispute with player who received a Western Union payout today. Dimebetting will remain under review.
