Paypal has forbidden all gaming related transactions since 2002.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

Scam sportsbook BetCSI (SBR rating F-) now telling players that they are “leaving the post-up business” and that “upper management” will be deciding the fate of their funds. BetCSI has recently given players fake FedEx tracking numbers.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

BetCSI (SBR rating F-) threatening player who requests payment. A player who has demanded his winnings, after waiting over two weeks, was told by CSI that they may report his gambling transaction to authorities. Management tells player: “Keep in mind that you have performed online gaming in your jurisdiction.  To which judiciary agency should we report your transactions to…State or Federal?” CSI is a no-pay sportsbook attracting players by telemarketing with promises of speedy payouts.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

BetCSI (SBR rating F-) stiffing another victim for $3,000. This scam book attracts new players by representing itself as being affiliated with honorable sportsbooks. If the new player eventually wins a significant sum the book will cut ties with the client and keep his funds. SBR Scam Alert: BetCSI (SBR Rating F)

BetCSI continues to lure players with 40% bonus and shady tactics of misrepresentation. SBR believes it’s important for players to be aware of this seemingly scam operation, as they are cold-calling bettors. Read the testimonial from a player, who was offered this promotion:
I have been trying to get my money for about 3+ weeks, and all I get is a song and dance… The main guy is named Roy Rameriz and I sent them $1500 and got a $600 bonus, I turned the account over the required 6 times and got my balance up to over $3,000. Just for the heck of it I requested $1,000 to see if in fact they do pay out. Much to my dismay, I have not received a penny and since have requested my whole $3,200 to be sent to me…”

SBR Scam Alert:

BetCSI (SBR Rating F) is currently cold-calling players, whose names were stolen from the data base of another sportsbook. They’re falsely claiming to be endorsed by well-respected figures of the industry to allure players into making a deposit. SBR is also dealing with a slow-pay situation that has dragged on, for over a month. SBR warns players to tread lightly.

SBR mail bag:

Player reports BetOnSports (SBR rating D+) that he is being slow-paid for $750, SportsInteraction (SBR rating D-) asking player to send in his Western Union deposit receipt from January 2003, before they will process his payout. Complaints from Gold Palace (SBR rating F-) Internet1x2 (SBR rating F) Apex (SBR rating F+) and BetCSI (SBR rating D-) also continue to pour in.

SBR Bill Dozer reports:

BetCSI (SBR rating D-) is the subject of 15 day slow pay complaints. Players are being told the book is going through a transition period involving a software and location change. CSI is also auditing accounts after payout requests are made.

BetCSI cold calling customers.

Once again, SBR warns players about this operation. They show all the signs of being strapped for cash. SBR suspects an unkind NCAA Hoops Tournament to the books might be causing poorly funded shops to raise post-up funds, in order to stay afloat.
