BetBones (SBR rating F) operator. The BetBones group scammed players under
different brands at the end of 2007. BetBones ran a

11.15.2006 (02:16 AM CST)The SBGglobal (SBR rating D-) bettor was credited with a $7,500 "bailout" after PlayersTime (SBR rating F) closed. A three time roll-over (wagering a total of $22,500) was required. The player wagered his funds for two months surpassing the rollover requirement and winning his balance, which then should have been his free and clear, up to $25,000. SBG confiscated this money, again citing "sharp action" as a reason for deleting player balances. SBG also tells SBR that the player was able to wager $2,000 per parlay and should have been limited to $1,000 despite what the software allowed him to risk. This same operation also stiffed players whose accounts were purchased from SunsetSports (SBR rating F), claiming the players violated rules by being sharp and having "inside info". The total amount reported stolen by SBG Global in the past year exceeds $80,000.
Player to SBG: The rules were that SBG posted I had to roll over the $7500.00 (3) times and that was it, so I did. Now I am having to deal with this again. I thought you guys were a good book in taking the account and honoring some of the funds owed to me. I log onto my account and I was not able to see any of my bets and or balance. SBR has received multiple complaints from players with other sportsbooks who were offered "relief" after being a victim of a fallen book, only to see the ’rescuing’ sportsbook fail to pay. Sports-Gambling (SBR rating D) received positive press for coming to the rescue of SunsetSports (SBR rating F-) victims but later deleted winning accounts.

Sports-Gambling (SBR rating D-) management confirms that it confiscated a player’s balance due to internal business problems that were unknown to the player. Last December the sportsbook agreed to book-to-book transfers with SunsetSports (SBR rating F-), which was near collapse. Sports-Gambling General Manager, Randal, tells SBR that the deletion of the $7,000 was "ownership’s decision" and that "it was never real money", because Sunset didn’t fulfill its financial obligations to Sports-Gambling. Sports-Gambling admits that it honored balances of transferred accounts they deemed to be profitable. The sportsbook has been downgraded twice in the last two months due to complaints of unjustly debiting account balances.
06.05.2006 (12:19 PM CST)SBG Global (SBR rating D) and Sports-Gambling (SBR rating D) Management confirms it has confiscated account balances due to "sharp play."
A Sports-Gambling player wagered consistantly over a two month period after his $7,000 balance was transferred from Sunset Sports(SBR rating F-). Management tells SBR they "zeroed his account because he is not someone we wish to deal with" after beating the book to betting odds changes in hockey.
A player with SBG was told he will not receive his balance of $28,821, which includes $10,000 of deposited funds, due to the fact that he had an account with the company’s other sportsbook, Sports-Gambling.com. Management tells SBR it was due to his "professional action." This player also wagered for two months, meeting his bonus rollover requirement at reduced betting limits of $500. SBR is scheduled to speak with ownership tomorrow about these cases, which can only be classified as blatant theft.
05.30.2006 (10:33 PM CST)Sports-Gambling (SBR rating D) takes over player’s $7,000 SunsetSports account then deletes balance. When SunsetSports folded, some account balances were transferred to Sports-Gambling. Sports-Gambling informed players it had "bailed out" Sunset clients but players would be required to wager their funds five times before requesting a withdrawal. Sports-Gambling informed this player that he has lost his funds for the second time, stating that they will no longer honor his balance.
Player: "I managed to speak to one customer service supervisor tonight. He said my acct balance is cleared because they didnt receive the funds from sunset sports after my acct was taken over by sports-gambling. I had a balance of $7000 at sunset sports. Sports-gambling said they took over and gave me the balance to play coz they had good faith in sunset sports would transfer the money to them. But after I played for 2 months, they didnt receive any money from sunset sports, therefor they cleared my acct balance. I am puzzled and I dont think they act in a proper way. They misleaded me to believe that my acct was taken over by them and was in safe hands and that I didnt chase sunset sports cautiously. Now a few months has gone, they told me I lost all the money!"

SandalsWager’s only response to the matter was "all inquiries should be addressed to the agent".

12.25.2005 (10:35 PM CST)Last week SBR confirmed with Sports-Gambling(SBR rating D+) management that the book, which is part of SBGglobal Group, would be taking over all Sunset player accounts at the start of this week. SBR has since spoken with SBGglobal’s General Manager who said the deal is not finalized and all accounts may not be migrated to Sports-Gambling. SunsetSports.com is now back online, claiming they are under a new company under different ownership. Sunset, which redirects to SunsetWager.com, tells SBR that customer accounts were divided according to "player packages" and some accounts will be moved to Sports-gambling. Sunset is telling account holders they must roll-over their balances 6 times before they can have access to their funds. Players are rightfully concerned that Sunset’s latest promises will not be fulfilled. It is more probable that this wagering requirement is the latest stall tactic for unmovable accounts than it is that a new owner chose to take over a no-pay sportsbook, service its frustrated bettors, and build the tainted brand.
12.21.2005 (03:52 PM CST)Sports-Gambling(SBR rating D+) management tells SBR that players will be able to access their accounts early next week. It is unknown at this time if this will be treated as a bailout situation where players will have to fulfill wagering requirements before being able to request a withdrawal. Sunset clients report their accounts were locked for weeks before the site came off-line.
