Player vs dimeline Sportsbook: bonus complaintA
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has written in with a sportsbook dispute. The player joined
dimeline in March of 2009 and received a 100% bonus with a 10X rollover. At the end of April 2009, the player claims the rollover was completed. He requested a withdrawal of £1200 on June 1st 2009. After four months passed by with no payments issued,
dimeline informed the player the check was lost in the mail and that he could begin receiving his funds in £200 increments. The player states he received only £200.
After following up with
dimeline Sportsbook, the sportsbook claimed to SBR that the player failed to meet his rollover and was allowed cashouts in error; additionally the player was allegedly double-credited a deposit which went unreported. SBR has asked for
dimeline to send all logs of the player's account adjustments and wagering activity to substantiate its position. SBR will update this report as more information is learned.

dimeline Sportsbook agrees to extend player's rollover time in bonus complaint
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has agreed to grant the player from the April 19th
bonus complaint an additional 90 days to complete his rollover. On January 5th of 2009 the player deposited €2000 and received a 100% bonus with an 8X rollover. The following January the rollover had still not been completed, and
dimeline then removed the bonus from the player's balance; converting the funds to "free money", which is a commissions-based rewards program.
dimeline maintained that the bonus carried a 3 month rollover requirement. The player flatly denied having been informed of any such requirement.
dimeline was unable to provide conclusive proof that the term was listed on their website at the time.
dimeline currently publishes the 3 month rollover requirement on their bonus promotions page. After discussions with SBR,
dimeline has agreed to credit the player's bonus funds back into his account and to allow him an additional 90 days to complete the rollover.

dimeline Sportsbook bonus complaint standstillNo progress has been made in the
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) bonus complaint reported on SBR in March. On January 5th of 2009 a player deposited €2000 with
dimeline and slowly began to wager toward his rollover requirement. On January 1st of 2010
dimeline removed €4505 in bonus funds from the account citing that the rollover was not met within 3 months of his deposit. The player disputes that the rollover was timed, and has provided an e-mail transcript where the
dimeline Sportsbook sales manager reiterated the bonus terms in early 2009 prior to his deposit. No such mention of a 3 month rule was intact. SBR is asking
dimeline Sportsbook to return all bonus funds to the player's account and to allow him to resume filling rollover. Any such bonus terms added by
dimeline Sportsbook after the player's deposit cannot be applied retroactively.

dimeline bonus dispute updateOn 3/3 SBR
reported an update to the 3/2
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) complaint.
dimeline has since retracted their statements that the player received double his signup bonus in error.
dimeline attributes supplying erroneous information due to a mixup in accounts. Both sides agree that rollover has not been completed, however, the player disagrees that
dimeline had a posted rule on completing rollover within 3 months at the time of his deposit in January of 2009. The dispute will remain open until SBR can verify when the rule came into effect via page indexing, which may take up to a year.

dimeline Sportsbook: botched bonus updatedimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) addresses bonus complaint SBR
reported on March 2nd. On January 5th 2009 a player deposited €2000 in exchange for a €2000 cash bonus with an 8X rollover. The bonus was double credited resulting in the players balance increasing by an extra €4000 in bonus money. The player slowly wagered €20,182 toward his rollover throughout baseball season. On January 1st of 2010
dimeline removed €4505 in bonus money from the account, leaving the player with his original deposit.
dimeline discovered the crediting error when the player requested Moneybookers payment, additionally, the player was nine months past
dimeline's posted rule on rollover completion time. The rule is stated as follows:
Rollover is calculated on the lower of the risk or win. Rollover must be completed within 90 days. If a player fails to meet the rollover the real money bonus amount will be converted into free money and a rollover is no longer required.
At the time of the adjustment,
dimeline states the player was down $1200.
dimeline has offered to refund the players €2000 deposit in full, noting that any proration of bonus play would leave the player with a significantly less return.

dimeline Sportsbook bonus complaintA
dimeline (SBR rating D) bonus complaint has been received. On January 5th of 2009 a player deposited €2000 and received a 100% bonus with an 8X rollover. After slowly clearing €20,182 in rollover, the player logged into his account on January 1st of 2010 and discovered that €4505 was deducted from his gaming account.
dimeline allegedly informed the player the adjustment was made due to the rollover not being filled within one year. The player points out that he still had four days remaining to complete rollover, but raises the point that
dimeline's one year rule was not yet instituted at the time of his deposit. SBR will confirm when the rollover rule came into effect and update this report after speaking with
dimeline management.

dimeline suspends winning player's account
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has suspended a winning player's account with a balance of $6950. The player deposited $750 and received a 100% bonus. On November 30th,
dimeline informed the player upon his request that 22/30K of the rollover was filled. On December 23rd the player proceeded to make a withdrawal request after a member of
dimeline staff confirmed his rollover was finished. On December 27th the player received an email that his cash out was not processed due to needing to wager an additional 20K. The player did not protest and chose to continue wagering with
dimeline. On January 2nd, after making another 9K in wagers, the account was disabled without notice being given to the player. SBR has contacted
dimeline to discuss this case.

dimeline addresses recent slow pay complaintOn 12/22 SBR reported on a
dimeline (SBR rating D) slow pay complaint which was filed.
dimeline has stated that the player had his last two payment requests cancelled due to not clearing rollover.
dimeline informs SBR that the player has wagered $6361.19, $4289.69 of which are baseball moneylines that did not count toward rollover, and that the player must wager $20K total per the $865.50 in bonuses he accepted. SBR will attempt to clear up the confusion with the player and confirm the bonus offerings he allegedly took.

New dimeline Sportsbook slow payA
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) slow pay complaint has been filed with SBR. A player requested $1800 via check on October 21st. His request is still pending. The player describes attempting to withdraw $2000 prior to this request by Moneybookers, that request was cancelled as
dimeline has experienced difficulty paying customers out via Moneybookers. SBR will speak with
dimeline for an update on this latest slow pay complaint. One other player is waiting for a $4000 payout.
dimeline has stated that player should receive a check by the first week in January.

dimeline addresses bonus disputedimeline (SBR rating D) has addressed the bonus confiscation report from December 2nd.
dimeline offered a 100% cash bonus, 10X rollover in March prior to the MLB season beginning. The conditions of the bonus were that MLB moneylines were not counted toward this promotion. From March 22nd to April 30th a player wagered $52,678.90, $10,172 of these wagers counted toward his rollover. On April 30th
dimeline closed the players account citing steam and non-recreational play.
dimeline stated that bonuses are intended for non-recreational players and stated that it would only pay a prorated amount of winnings. SBR's position was that this was not a fair tactic and that
dimeline had no right to the player's earned winnings.
dimeline then made an agreement with the player that should they re-enable his account, if he completes the remainder of his 10X rollover, they would pay all winnings with no proration. At that time the player's winnings were in excess of $13,000.
dimeline stated that the bonus would be paid only if the player ceased steam play and was re-profiled as a recreational bettor. The player completed his rollover and withdrew $9976 in winnings. SBR considers the bonus dispute closed.
12/2/2009 09:35 AM
dimeline Sportsbook bonus confiscation updatedimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has refused to pay a $2000 cash bonus which was confiscated from a winning player on May 1st. In SBR's initial report, it was stated that
dimeline confiscated the $2000 bonus due to non-recreational play. The player funded his
dimeline account on March 22nd with $3100 via Moneybookers. He was then credited a $2000 bonus. The player placed $38,160 in action before
dimeline suspended his account on May 1st, cited steam play, confiscated the bonus, and invalidated a large % of his rollover as his play included MLB moneyline favorites greater than -150. The player's balance after the bonus confiscation was $13,000.
dimeline imposed a new rollover on the player, which he later met. The player cashed out $9976 over the past two months as
dimeline has meted out their ongoing slowpays.
dimeline has refused to credit the player the $2,000 bonus.

dimeline Sportsbook reports paymentdimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has reported that $1,980 has been paid to a player that requested his payout in June of 2009.
dimeline has also stated that $4,000 was placed back into the gaming account of a player that requested $4,000 in two transactions back in May of 2009 - the checks never arrived.
dimeline has attributed the check situation to the loss of multiple credit card processors over the summer. The player has two $2000 checks in the processing queue. SBR will update this report pending players confirmation.
dimeline currently has one outstanding slowpay complaint in the amount of $4,000 for two payments requested in June of 2009.
dimeline has stated this player's first withdrawal request has been processed.

dimeline (SBR rating D-) player has reported being paid. This player, who did not file an official complaint, was paid $4000 by
dimeline in two checks.
dimeline has stated to SBR that two more checks will go out today for the remaining 3 players that are on SBR's slow-payment list. Those players are owed $7480 collectively.

dimeline Sportsbook slow-pays updatedimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) management has spoken with SBR regarding the ongoing slow-pays reported over the summer.
dimeline has acknowledged the lengthy delays experienced by a small group of players that it refers to as inactive bettors. According to
dimeline, the loss of four credit card processors and subsequent freezure of funds led to the extended wait times.
dimeline expects that within 90 days the processors will release all frozen funds.
dimeline has attributed the loss of processors to excessive player chargebacks. Four players are currently owed $9,480. SBR will update this report if the players are paid before
dimeline's estimated time-frame, or if new slow-pay reports surface.

dimeline Sportsbook pays playerdimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has paid a player that requested a $1436.27 check on May 28th. A second player has confirmed payment from
dimeline for an unspecified amount.
dimeline has not been willing to discuss outstanding cases with SBR. It is estimated that seven players are still owed in excess of $15,000. SBR will update this report as more information becomes available.

dimeline continues to delay payout of "steam player"
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has continued to delay the payout of a player that it has labeled a professional bettor. The player requested $2000 on June 18th and $2000 in mid-July. Neither withdrawal has been paid by
dimeline. SBR advises players to avoid
dimeline until multiple slowpay reports are resolved.
dimeline: "Sir, at this time we do not have the Moneybookers funds to pay you. Your account was also labeled as a wiseguy account. This means you bet steam and are clearly a professional which is against our bonus terms. You will be paid but it will be another 30 days minimum. "

dimeline Sportsbook freezes a player's funds on suspicion of chip-dumping
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has frozen a player's $2763.13 balance on suspicion of chip-dumping. The player requested three $2,000 withdrawals May 2nd, May 26th, and June 5th.
dimeline has yet to pay the player as slowpays have continued the past few months. On September 22nd a
dimeline manager offered the player a deal whereby if the player reversed one of the withdrawal requests he would guarantee payment of $4,000 by the end of the month. The player reluctantly accepted.
At this point the player decided to transfer $2,000 into his poker account. His sports account was limited to $50 a wager, so he hoped by putting some of his funds at risk
dimeline might deliver on their word hoping to retain him as a customer. SBR strongly advises against any player ever continuing to give action to a sportsbook that has yet to fulfill their payment obligations. The player proceeded to lose his $2,000 at the poker tables.
On September 30th the remainder of the player's balance ($2763.13), $2,000 of which was the recently reversed withdrawal that
dimeline had yet to pay since May, was frozen on suspicion of chipdumping. The player adamantly denies any such activity and invites SBR to review all hand histories. SBR will update this report as more information comes in.

Multiple sportsbooks encounter DDos attacks todayEarlier today SBR reported that
YouWager (SBR rating B) was reportedly facing a denial-of-service attack. Since that time,
Legends Sportsbook (SBR rating A+),
dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D), and
Bet33 (SBR rating D-) have also encountered website attacks. Earlier in the day there were reports from SBRforum readers that
BetCRIS (SBR rating A+) was down as well, but access to BetCRIS has since been restored.
Some sportsbooks like
BetPhoenix (SBR rating B+) have implemented a security text code (captcha) users see when visiting their website. This diverts users from random DoS website traffic.
The denial of service attacks are caused by excessive requests to a website's server which in turn leaves little or no resources for legitimate user traffic. The sportsbook's information and databases are not "hacked" or compromised. Bettors can find a list of all LiveChat links
here as well as all sportsbook phone numbers. SBR readers can report website downtime

I have records of all my correspondence with Robert who was very communicative at first. His last broken promise came on 8/13/09 at which time he assured me a wire would be sent to my bank. dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) intentionally delays payout as punishment for poor feedbackOn August 1st,

dimeline. The sportsbook has called players to voice their displeasure after the players shared negative experiences on gambling forums.

dimeline Sports Update: Bonus and winnings confiscationsThree players originally filed complaints that the sportsbook had confiscated bonuses and winnings. The sportsbook pointed to the fact that the players, though they wagered over $100,000 and had their limits lowered, were not recreational and were undeserving of their deposit bonuses. The end result was removal of bonus funds while being forced to complete the rollovers that accompanied the promotions. If the players refused to continue wagering they were told their winnings "from the bonuses" would be withheld. The confiscations went on to effect seven players who all elected to bet their money per management instead of giving up a portion of their winnings.
dimeline Sports now has a history of holding funds hostage and treating players unfairly.

dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) confiscating winnings and bonuses from winning players
dimeline offered exorbitant bonuses up to 100% with a limit of $2,000 that attracted players in a UK-focused betting forum. The four players to report to SBR wagered well over six figures. The sportsbook took notice of the play and lowered their betting limits. After the players continued to win, their accounts were frozen. The sportsbook claimed that using a line comparison service, similar to SBRlines.com, made the players
nonrecreational and ineligible for the bonus given.
dimeline's line manager labeled bets on their soft lines (lines that are late to update along with betting market leaders such as
Bookmaker (SBR rating A+) and
Pinnacle (SBR rating A+) ) as "steam plays." Three of four of these players came from the same website but are unique accounts that have wagered from their individual locations. DLS has proposed paying the players half of their winnings rationalizing that they had double the funds to work with at the start of the account. All bonuses, despite amount rolled over, will be removed. Four
dimeline players had their accounts disabled and over $36,000 has been frozen since

Scammed sportsbook webmasters leave Futurebet; open new operation
In the fall of 2007 Futurebet-hosted sportsbooks
began to realize that player deposited funds, bookmaking profits, as well as money on hand for withdrawals were stolen by the provider. Futurebet, now calling itself
iGaming Software, claimed it was broke and could not pay its books or their players. Some of the Futurebet brands like
USDbet (SBR rating F) and
Monkeybet (SBR rating F) stiffed users and abandoned their sites. Others absorbed losses and attempted to stay in business, doing their own processing.
SafariCasino (SBR rating D) and
dimeline Sports (SBR rating D) are two books that sustained hits by their business partner, continued to use Futurebet's software and hosting while using internal processing resources. The two books left Futurebet this past week, setting up new servers and their own software in Curacao. SBR will speak with ownership and reevaluate the new gaming group in early September.

Some licensees of scam operation, Futurebet, have been planning to leave the hosting and service center for over six months. Futurebet had confiscated all sportsbook profits it collected through processing player deposits and refused to pay winners. This left their turnkey sportsbooks holding the debt to players while receiving almost no revenue for recent months. Some books have paid players with other funds, some have closed without paying, and some have relocated to new service providers. The labels were also out the investment money they had spent on marketing to new players. dimeline Sports is one of the brands that planned to migrate to this new label. SBR expects to speak to the new operation's management tomorrow for updates on when player accounts will be accessible and what other labels may be involved.

We are paying out all pending withdrawals, so please redirect players who have contacted you with withdrawal problem to this mailing address: mail@usdbet.com. Thank you. Best regards, James USDBet.com
dimeline Sports (SBR rating D) tells SBR it will address complaints and that the book is close to upgrading its customer service department.DLS:
Apparently after reading your forum there are still some complaints regarding payouts from dimeline. Our payouts are completely current and if here are clients who have not been paid it is a mistake. Please let the players know to contact me directly at aglende27@gmail.com and I will take care of this. Also I wanted to let you know that we are a few weeks away from providing our own customer support and completely being out from futurebet's horrible support team. We are also launching our poker network by June 1, 2008 and bringing back Neteller which will speed up the payout process for international clients. If you notice there are no payout complaints from USA clients.
SBR currently has three slow-pay and customer service complaints from DLS users. DLS has thus far survived a partnership with Futurebet, which stole bankrolls and profits from the majority of its licensees.
BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) was the last book to join the no-pay network. BetOnUSA is believed to have taken over the Futurebet software source code and partnered with the network which did its last cash-grab on turnkey sportsbooks and their players.

dimeline Sports (SBR rating D) player tells SBR he is waiting for checks requested in November and January of this year and states that the book has failed to return his emails. A second player complains that he has waited for five weeks for a withdrawal. SBR to report on status of slow-pay complaints.
Player: First they tell me to roll over one more time which I did - then they say that I haven't re-submitted the withdrawal request so I did that - then they tell me that the check is in the post... 5 weeks later it hasn't arrived yet and they just ignore all my emails.

dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) players complain of new payout delays
Three players have reported new payout delays of nearly one month. A handful of dimeline players did confirm receiving four-figure payouts in the first half of December but SBR has not received withdrawal confirmations since. Each of these three players have met a new one-time rollover requirement that the book applied after it was robbed by its business partner, Futurebet. The users have been emailing DLS, which is the only way to communicate with accounting, but have not received responses.
Player: I have requested a $2000 withdrawal (out of $5600 in my account with them) on 4 September 2007 - that is over 4 months ago.Despite many emails requesting the payout over and over again they did not respond to my emails. In December after complaining about them on SBR they said that they require 1 more roll over before I can get my money (although I have already done my full rollover with them prior to that) - so I decided that I have got nothing to lose and I have done the additional rollover as they requested. I finished that 1 extra rollover late December and I requested again by email the $2000 which I asked for in September - but I simply do not get any reply to my emails... Bill - do you think you can help here at all?

dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player confirms payout
A DLS player confirmed receiving $1500 via check today. The sportsbook has been unable to pay players since September and blamed stiff operation, Futurebet. The Canadian company is not processing withdrawals on behalf of its sportsbooks with the exception of BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) and sister book, Oddsmaker (SBR rating D-). dimeline tells SBR that it had to pay players through private processing after being denied reserves and earned revenue from Futurebet wagering services.

dimeline (SBR rating D) "bailing out" dimeline?
dimeline is claiming withdrawals will resume but only after a 1x rollover (play-through of balance one time) requirement is completed. The situation illustrates the added liability of books that are working with unsavory turnkey and sportsbook host operations.
dimelineSports was one of the many Futurebet books that lobbied for a higher rating stating that they were independent, in full control and took full responsibility of their book. Although this action is unfair, players who are newly aware of the Futurebet situation will likely be happy to bet their balance in an effort to escape a Futurebet licensee.
DLS email to Player:
Sir- We have been dealing with a financial issue for the last two months. A company called futurebet was hired to handle all player funds for the last two years. In the last two months they have decided to stiff our players. We are now taking the initiative to pay all players out of pocket. We want you to know that you will be paid by us out of pocket but we are requiring you to rollover your cashout amount ($1,300) at least 1x before a cashout can be made.
We are bailing out Futurebet because we want our players to be paid. The good news is we are now offering Western Union and Money Gram payouts to expedite your withdraw time once the 1x rollover has been met. Now that we are processing payouts independently we will have no issues with withdrawal delays and lack us customer service regarding withdrawals.
Please if you have any questions feel free to reply to this email and we will help you out from here on out. We are very sorry for this inconvenience caused by Futurebet and we are dedicated to paying our players.
The funds are now in your account.

dimeline (SBR rating D) comments on Futurebet Hosting situation
DL: We are officially out of the Futurebet umbrella and only use there software now. All payout issues will be handled within the next 2 weeks. All players can now expect to be paid in our time frames quoted on the site. All funds are controlled independently now and Futurebet no longer handles are payouts.
This is the second time dimeline has went to private processing. Players requesting a payout are asked to update SBR. Despite the statement above, dimeline still relies on the Futurebet servers, wagering and customer support.

dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) user complains of slow-pay and altered sign-up incentive.
Player: First I deposited a couple hundred on their "100% bonus" plan, which a week later (and well into my rollover) they downgraded to a "25% bonus". Didn’t even bother arguing it as the lines were beatable. Had an account balance of around $700, requested a $500 withdrawal last Thursday, and they said it would take 12-24 hours to be processed. That $500 does not show up in my account anywhere as pending and there is no record whatsoever that the money was even there. It is in "accounting limbo" right now.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: dimeline Sportsbook is the latest
FutureBet sportsbook to be inserted in the SBR
rating guide. DLS has received an initial rating of D. The new book has chosen to use its own payment processor in an effort to avoid being financially dependant on slow-paying Futurebet. Players will likely be confused by the sportsbook’s name, as
