Comments: Very limited bet offerings, the platform crashes often and the owner doesn't pay when they lose too much or their computers or phones are down. They required a new version download of their platform software which locked up my entire system over fifteen times in one week! Not only did it lock up my system (I took pictures of the SOS error messages on my screen as proof,) but I couldn’t even get through to the offices to find out the lines, let alone place a bet! If I could get through, the bet was taken by hand with paper and pencil on someone’s cell-phone which had to be walked up and down the hallways at SOS! I placed winning bets which didn’t show up on the ticket ledger when the system was repaired, missed countless matches and games that whole week, had my computer fail because of improper version testing by their programmer and for three days, could barely reach an operator who had access to any lines or a computer that worked over there! Things were so bad, SOS posted a public apology on the front page of the website- Rather than make good on the inconvenience they caused me for over a week and all the missed games I couldn't bet on because of their screw-ups, they refused to pay me for my winnings that week, closed my account and have the nerve to claim I owe them money! I was also stiffed on two World Cup soccer matches for over $1,500 as they amended their match rules after the game! AVIOD THEM-
