Comments: the poker is rigged.  they have bots- I've seen nights where 4-of-a-kind is more common than pairs.  You can't get money out.  Their casino is totally rigged.  I've had numerous wins that I had to contact customer service to correct because they were registered as losses.  I registered first with them 10 years ago and they were excellent for a long time, but they have been horrible over the last year and I will not use them again.

Comments: Plenty of ways to deposit but when you'd like to withdraw, that's another story. It took me about a week to "prove" that I am who I am which consisted of sending voided checks, DL#s, and CC information. I did eventually get my money but not before a lot of hassle. Subpar. Am moving to bookmaker!

Comments:
I logged into my account which I have not used in years and made a deposit with my credit card.  Although the funds showed in the account balance, it was not letting me use the funds for placing a wager.  I clicked over to the live chat to learn that there was a "hold" on my account for money they deposited into my account for a "Swiftpay transaction of $200.00 that was never billed to my credit card".  I am 99% positive that this is false and I'm almost certain that I've never used any credit card on Swiftpay.  If there was an issue, why did they let me deposit in the first place?  When i requested a refund of my deposit, I was told that there system is not capable of doing that.  Stay away from this lousy site.

Comments: I called SIA to request a reload bonus on my deposit of $500. After being put on hold for over 30 minutes I was told that because I had opened the account in 2006 I was no entitled to the bonus. After which I pleaded my case to the CS rep. Leon that I had opened an account but never deposited to SIA he informed me that my business is not important to him and that he was not interested in my arguement. He then told me to "F'off" in his exact words.

Comments: I have been with this site for a few years. other than it taking a long time to grade wagers, especially on props or bets after 9 p.m, it has been ok. However, they totally screwed me on the Barerra/juarez boxing match. I made a bet on barerra. they graded it as a loss, and i asked them to correct it. they said in the case of overturned decisions, the original decision stands. This is in their rules, but I maintained that it was a miscount, which is different than an overturn. Considering I have spent thousands at their site, they should have accommodated my request. However, they said it would stand and I lost my bet. I guarantee all that bet on a draw lost their money too. Totally classless website and I will be switching to another. They have no respect for their customers.

Comments: Hi there, I have read too many negative comments in here about sportsinteraction from other players. To me, it is one of the best bookies I have had over the last 12 months. The website is easy to use, eg. betting history is clearly hightlighted. My bets have never been voided like other big named bookies such as ladbrokes.com, or willhill.com - they are crab bookies. They payoout at sportsinteraction is easy to be requested on its website, and very fast straight into my account. To be honest, I won quite a few £££££ over there, and have had no issues with payout at all.

Comments: It took me over 2 weeks to get a payout from Sportsinteration.com...I finally realized after several emails that they had my ABA number wrong on my checking account on a withdrawal. But how could that happen when I had received withdrawals on the same bank account from them before?? Not only that but when I deposited money in my account it took a call to them to let them know that the money was not in my account. I will not be using them any longer -- nor can I recommend them

Comments: Hello there everybody, I would like to info people on two Sportbooks I use. Sportsinteraction and Pinnacle. I wrote to SBR couple days ago about Sportsinteraction and they responded next day.. i am kinda hook on there website with all the great insights and reviews and more. what a great website you guys have over here. thank you. Speaking of Sportsinteraction I have been a member for several years now. This year I made the most money ever with them $$$ more than I could ever imagine. I was reading all the reviews about them and give me mixed feelings. There were alot of reviews mostly compaints and SBR had giving them a low score also I believe in the D range or low C range. So after did research I did open up another prominent sportbook which is great by the way Pinnacle, and also kept Sportsinteraction. Here are the results of the two: I asked most of money to be put back in my account in the $$$$ range. I went to sportsinteraction website and logged on and first thing I noticed was how easy it was to use and get your money transfered or wire. Another note was looking up prior bets and currents bets is extremely good, probably the best I have seen. They use colors like if some bets are playing they use blue, if you lost red color, or win green color. Real neat to let you know if you won right away or not. Well anyways within a couple days wire was sent straight in my bank account, I was surprise how fast it was. Another thing about them it is very easy to use their website, very nice colors, friendly betting format, live odds. Sometimes I admit the odds are sometimes take longer than usual with them, unlike pinnacle sports is absolute great. EVERYTHING ABOUT PINNACLE WAS GREAT. LIGHTING FAST E-MAIL RESPONSES. GREAT SITE AND WELL DESERVE KING OF THE CROWN.

Comments:

I've been waiting for a $50 withdrawal for 2 weeks. SportsInteraction has stopped responding to my emails. Apparently, 'Swiftpay' is just a tool they use to further muddle and confuse things. SportsInteraction has claimed that my bank, BB&T is involved in some (non-existent) merger, and my bank account details have somehow managed to change due to this (amazing, I have not been contacted by BB&T, I continue to use my bank account with the same account numbers, same checks, and have not seen or heard anything pertaining to any merger or change in operations at BB&T). You do not want to send this fraudulent 'sportsbook' one dime of your money. If these crooks cannot give me a tiny $50.00, do you really believe they'll give anyone any serious amount of money upon winning?

Oddly, eventhough SIA prefers it's cusomters to use swiftpay, players who use Neteller, seem to experience far less problems..

Comments: After the very negative comments about the slow paying practice, read here, ecobika's wife opened an account at sportsinteraction. Depositing with card was no problem, took only a few seconds, and there was the bonus on the account immediately. Wagering is a smooth process, the teaser is a very good option (I am speaking abot the 4, 4.5, 5 points on NBA, NCAAB handicaps and under/overs, and the 6, 6.5, 7 points plus or minus on NFL and NCAAF). As my wife wanted to test the slow paying practice, requested widthrawal, after fullfilling the wagering requirement. (The registration of the card was easy by fax.) The software of the sportsbook is easy to use, the winnings are almost immediately credited onto the account, if American sports are bet, if soccer, alittle bit slower the process. What is the weaker spot? Little offer at soccer events, but my wife chose sportsinteraction because she likes NBA, and it is really a positive surprise, the under/over is up to the minute, such as the handicaps. And the teaser is only a click! Full offer from college basketball and football too. Ecobika's wife overall rating is C (American sports: A, soccer D).

Comments: The Reason Im giving the overall rating of an "F" is the main focus of customer satisfaction is Quality of Customer Service and Reliability/Promptness of Payouts. Both fall far behind expectations, infact they have closed people's accounts and have not refunded their money, which is not a practice any book should use. UNFAIR PRACTICES, SLOW PAYOUTS are an extreme with this book, and you have to monitor your bets as they grade them wrong on a daily basis. My account was closed and I have $255.00 worth of future bets as well as some of my funds in limbo, none of which have been returned, I archive all of my bets should one of my futures actually win and they dont pay me, I will let you know, as far as the limbo money as of right now that only accounts for $16.00 dollars which is below the payout level of 67.00, but since im am unable to wager it should of been paid back to me.

Comments: In April me and my friend deposited $200 using Swiftpay e-check. They credited the account with the money and the correct bonus. In 3 days we won $1500 and decided to cashout $1000. Sure enough, the next day we try to log on and the account is at $0. Live chat tells us that we have to contact swiftpay in that there was an error in the details you gave us i.e. bank account number/ checking acct. number, address. I begged them to let us send $200 via western union to cover the original e-check which he had sufficient funds in his checking account to cover regardless!!! They kept saying no no no, and we never got the money. Then I said to live chat person "Jon," if you don't send the $1000 I will sue your company (they are based in canada), and he replies "I will alert the authorities in New Jersey that you were illegally wagering." Later on in the summer, for some reason my friend used their site again, this time depositing using his credit card $500. He turned that into $17,000 and when he requested a withdrawal via bank wire, it took 3 weeks but he did finally get it. Anyway, this site sucks, the lines suck, customer service sucks, and receiving a cashout is like pulling teeth.

Comments: I am writing to you to spread the word that sportsinteraction is a joke and should be avoided at all cost. I made withdrawls from my account 5 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for my money, and have a bad feeling I may never see my money. First of all when the initial withdrawls were made, they said account verification was needed because I had 2 accounts, which was wrong THEY had combined me and fathers accounts, all that seperate personal information and they combined the 2 accounts, mind you my father and I live in seperate households, UNBELIEVABLE!! After we had to scan identifications and all that to verify our seperate accounts, they still wouldn't send me my money because they said my deposit on swiftpay never went through, at this point I am extremely frustrated and there customer service basically treats you like an idiot. Anyway the deposit still did not go through, the cause was.....the bank changed it NAME....WOW all my account information remained the same as it always was. They told me to try the deposit again and wait 14 days again, after 10 days of seeing nothing, and by the way they don't tell you that your deposit doesn't go through, they said the 2nd deposit did not go through. After calling sveral more times, I got a guy that said they would have to put a trace on my money to find out where it was going???? Are you kidding me, I am still waiting, I have no idea where to turn I feel like a victim like I have been robbed it's only $150 that they owe me, but still, this site is a joke their service is a joke, the security of their sysytem is a joke, I WILL NEVER PUT A DIME IN THEIR NAME AGAIN AND MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW DOES EITHER, THIS SUCKS.

Comments: I joined these guys last week. Made a withdrawal on Tuesday Dec. 14th and Thursday Dec. 16th, to my neteller and haven't received anything. I have been giving every excuse in the book, from "It takes 4 day waiting period before we process withdrawals" - They told me this one 6 business days after my initial request. They also told me "Due to holidays, there are delays in accounting", and the last excuse they gave me was "Your account has been sent to the fraud department for review". Then a couple hours later on Thursday December 23rd, I was told they have been approved but will take another 24-48 hours to process then another 4 days to hit my neteller." This has been the worst experience ever with a sportsbook and my last time with this book.

Comments: I put money into Sports Interaction before I discovered SBR. Needless to say, I was concerned about their D grade. Sure enough, when I tried withdrawing my money, they gave me a series of stall tactics. I was finally able to get my money after eleven days, so that's good, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Like many bad sportbooks, they have a wide vaiety of deposit options, but very limited withdrawal options. Also, they charge 4% on credit card deposits, but don't tell you this anywhere on the site.

Comments: SBR gives this book a D rating which I feel is extremely generous. They are an F- as far as I am concerned and many others. In the event you get paid you'll have had so much aggravation it's not even worth it. I can't see this place staying open much longer. I expect them to just close and run with everyones money. They are the worst of the worst.
