Comments: Basically, all is well with this sportsbook apart from 1 minor issue: Make sure you don't win.....Long story short, I was told to leave simply because I had a brief but incredible hot streak (Nevermind the fact that overall I was in the red). Company believed that I was a "sharp" player (Don't I wish). If they're booting me out, good luck with the real professionals out there. Pretty girls on the website though, I must admit.....

Comments: I've been with Sportsbook911 over a year now. Anytime I have asked a question I have received a prompt and acceptable reply. I have only requested 2 payouts and had a little trouble with both. But, in fairness they corrected the problem immediately and paid the courier fees in both instances. I see no reason to give a poor rating for these instances. One thing I would like to mention though is I emailed them asking why their lines are sometimes quite different from other books... like Pinacle for instance. I received an accpetable answer and he also stated that he "had the utmost respect for Pinnacle" and if I should choose to change or have a second sportsbook Pinacle would be a very good choice. I thought it was strange for him to promote another book like that and I was impressed.
