Comments: First let me establish the facts as to why this sportsbook is awesome. One it caters to the average JOE who is a hard worker and able to wager over the phone when the internet assibility is limited. For example when I am out with the KIDS and Family I can discreetly wager the minimum $11 over the phone. Second, many sportsbooks claim they have the fastest payout to customers. However this Sportsbook pays its customers within at least 45 minutes for those who holds the INTERNET CASH CARD 24 hrs a day. In some cases I have found them to payout within 15 minutes now thats pretty fast. It was like I was in VEGAS wagering and cashing my ticket after a winner. I could load my winnings purchase gas, atm or redeposit to my account within minutes with the INternet Cash Card. This book has a rating of D- I don't quite understand this however for the convience of wagering the minimum of $10 over the phone is amazing and the ability to cashout daily is incredible. Therefore, this book is highly recommended for the hard working family man who can instantly wager discreetly when on the go and collect within minutes this is unbelieveable the only downfall is you can not fund the account the INTERNET CASH Card only FAST PAYOUTS and deposits to wagering account. I think it might be time to include options of deposits in grading a book in addition to Customer Service and Facilities. I have had this account with this Sportsbook for years and never experienced any problems. I was almost stunned when I saw the rating I would admit I stopped using the book because of the low grade and tried other books with GRADE A but it limited my ability to make small wagers and I was only able to collect winnings only through bank accounts, Netteller and don't even think about using a credit card you have to wait 14-35 days to cash out winnings when you use a credit card not good. SBR should take a look at this book let the audience know about this convience I am sure that many would appreciate a book like this. The response would be overwhelming its almost as if I should keep this a secret it is such a good thing Im afraid that it would end for some reason or another. Maybe SBR should even consider speed or timeliness of withdrawls as a grading component in rating books this book would definetly improve its score on this basis alone. Good Day
