ZenitBet Sportsbook Player has Trouble Verifying Account
A sportsbook complaint has been filed against Russian sports betting website ZenitBet (unrated).
A player claimed that the sportsbook has frozen his balance despite his sending notarized copies of his passport to a physical address as requested.
The player claimed that the sportsbook confirmed receiving the copy, but has yet to pay him.
He was told that his payout should take no longer than 30 business days - this was on May 30. This time-frame has since expired, but he has yet to paid.
SBR has previously received no feedback from players of ZenitBet, who operates their website exclusively in Russian.
SBR is attempting to contact a member of ZenitBet to ask why the player has yet to receive payment.
