VitalBet Sportsbook clarifies stance on complaint
VitalBet Sportsbook has provided comment on the player complaint reported yesterday.
A player claimed that shortly after asking for payment of €1,000 that his sports betting account was locked, and that he was not given an update from the online betting site explaining why his account access was blocked.
VitalBet has clarified that the player's account was locked due to multiple successive unsuccessful log-in attempts where the player entered the wrong password.
The account access has been restored and the player is able to continue to use his account as normal. The €1,000 payment is still processing.
