Update to SuperLenny player complaint
Sportsbook Review reported yesterday that a SuperLenny (SBR rating C) player filed a complaint.
The player claimed to have successfully passed the KYC process and believed that his account was fully verified.
SuperLenny reportedly advised the player as much and told him he could log-in to request payment as normal. When he tried to do so, his acount was still blocked.
SuperLenny then issued a €100 deposit refund to the player and provided no further information on the status of his account or his outstanding balance.
SBR followed up with the online betting site but was only told that SuperLenny was unwilling to discuss details of the complaint with third parties. The player meanwhile claims that SuperLenny is not discussing the situation with him, either.
SBR has advised the player to pursue his complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). If the MGA rules that no offense has been committed by the player, the online sportsbook will be forced to address the complaint and pay the player's balance.
