Unibet Sportsbook dispute
A Unibet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed an account complaint. The player has stated that €1000 was not returned to him by Unibet, and that his account never passed the verification stage despite submitting his documents. SBR has suggested that the player have his documents notarized to better satisfy the Know Your Customer requirements.
Unibet players have submitted negative feedback in the past on withdrawal times and general account issues, including funds confiscations and verification issues.
SBR reported in an Industry News video on April 30 of this year that a Unibet player reported a balance confiscation. The player's balance was €1186. The player's deposit was refunded when it was determined that his documents were unsatisfactorily. The player received no further answers.
On April 15, a Unibet player had a €50 deposit refunded and €300 in winnings nullified after failing to submit documents that passed Unibet's KYC process.
