Unhappy LSbet Player Contacts Skrill VIP Support
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a complaint seeking assistance from SBR.
The player has stated that a balance of €850 is in limbo, and that he has complied with a series of requests from the sports betting website attempting to verify his account.
His attempts have been unsuccessful, and now LSbet has a new request.
After sending in a photo of himself holding his passport and a paper showing his LSbet account ID, the sports betting site wants the last three months of his complete Skril history, not just his history at their sportsbook.
" I don't know is this even legal? I have nothing to hide so I will send them screenshots if its an absolute necessity. I have already contacted the skrill VIP support for help," the player said of the request.
LSbet has come under fire by players unhappy with what can be seen as amounting to a violation of privacy.
LSbet, for their part, have commented sparingly on disputes, and most recently stated that they would cease responding to emails unless SBR linked their URL directly in articles. The bookmaker has commented in certain instances where fraud was alleged, but has been unwilling to go on record for most of the complaints.
On May 15, SBR reported that a different LSbet player refused to photograph himself holding his passport.
Sportsbook Review authored a news report last fall on why sports betting sites require these layers of KYC.
