Two new GoalWin Sportsbook payout complaints
Two GoalWin Sportsbook (unrated) players have reported being slow-paid €7000 and €643 respectively. The €7000 request was made on July 10, while the smaller request was made in mid-September. GoalWin has acknowledged the delays by apologizing and indicating the payments team is "working" on finalizing the payouts, but has offered no specific time-table on the funds being paid.
SBR reported last week that a GoalWin player owed €152 was also not being paid; that request was made on August 26.
GoalWin is providing the following generic response to users who make inquiries on their payout statuses:
"We understand that your patience is starting to run out. And we really understand that you are disappointed with the service that Goalwin are providing to you right now. However we can assure you that we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible. We have sent another reminder to our Payment department today, telling them to release your withdrawal asap!" —GoalWin support
