TitanBet Sportsbook review, feedback wanted
TitanBet (SBR rating C+) has agreed to discuss player complaints with SBR. In the last two years SBR has reported multiple wagering disputes submitted by TitanBet users. These players had legitimate wagers cancelled after the market moved against the sportsbook. The industry standard of "book the bet, pay the bet" applied as it could not be shown that these bets were erroneous lines.
One such player shared an e-mail from TitanBet dated December 2011:
TitanBet: "This bet has been found that the bet was considered as wrongly priced however further investigations revealed that the price was valid, and so was your bet. We have now credited your account with €127.00 as this is the net win amount you were to receive from this bet."
However, SBR reported in August 2012 that again TitanBet unjustly voided bets.
After refusing to discuss the latest claim with SBR, TitanBet's rating was lowered to C-.
A TitanBet player submitted a cricket betting dispute in September 2012, though it was later found by SBR that TitanBet correctly handled the sportsbook complaint.
TitanBet.com has since agreed to discuss player complaints with SBR and has vowed to consider the industry standards which were previously disregarded.
TitanBet Sportsbook has been upgraded to C+ in the sportsbook ratings guide.
Players with feedback or complaints are asked to write to SBR.
