Sportsbook.com player waiting for payment since 2015 Super Bowl

Update 5/19 3:30PM ET: Sportsbook.com has acknowledged the complaint and stated that they are getting in touch with the player.

A Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) player has claimed that he has not received a payout requested after the 2015 Super Bowl.

The player shared that he submitted the documents requested of him to establish his identity but never received payment from the online sportsbook, which has struggled historically with paying players in reasonable amounts of time.

The player is waiting on a mere $100 payout and has not been given an update from the online sportsbook. He claimed that Sportsbook.com in fact closed his betting account so he cannot check the status of the withdrawal.

He wrote the following in his complaint to SBR:

Sportsbook.com Player: "I don't care about the $100, I am thankful it was not more. I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off."

Sportsbook Review has asked Sportsbook.ag for comment on the payout complaint.

The online sportsbook remains on the SBR blacklist for chronic slow-pays and for confiscating more than $150,000 in winnings from players who profited betting correlated parlays that the software allowed in 2006.
