Sportsbook.com payouts taking six to eight weeks
Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) players complain of prolonged wait times to be paid. Sportsbook.com currently advertises a payout time of six to eight weeks. One player wrote SBR that he requested a payout for just $300 on February 4th and has yet to be paid. Monday April 1st marks exactly eight weeks.
Sportsbook.com player: "I engaged in a lengthy chat session with first an online helper and later a supervisor regarding the status of my withdrawal - they stonewalled me - giving no detailed explanation of what was the status of my withdrawal. They just repeated that they had no visibility of my withdrawal - and they could not offer any explanations - or follow up actions."
Sportsbook.com management has acknowledged the extended wait times, which have been in place prior to the close of the 2012-13 NFL football season, but has been unable to shed any light on when their payout speed will improve.
Players that have waited in excess of the lengthy time-frame may file a sportsbook complaint.
Sportsbook.com maintains on the SBR sportsbook blacklist for their infamous correlated parlay confiscations of more than six figures back in 2006.
