Sportsbook.com management addresses new complaints
SBR reported on June 15 that since clearing their previous $85,000 in delinquent payouts Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) accumulated another $31,040 in slow-pay complaints. SBR communicated with management regarding the status of these player withdrawals and has been notified that all payments have now been processed.
Each of the fourteen players had waited in excess of the maximum eight weeks advertised by Sportsbook.com.
Sportsbook.com management has addressed payment issues as of late with SBR, providing updates on when players will be paid in windows that have so far checked out and been accurate. No comment was given on why the payouts have been delayed beyond the already lengthiest payout time-frame in the industry among shops considered to be large.
Sportsbook.com US maintains a rating of D- due to their theft from winning players in the infamous correlated parlay disputes that hit the industry years ago. Players generally report being paid albeit slowly.
On 28 September 2011 SBR reported Win United Ltd acquired all Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) non-US based, rest of world players. The site which housed this players was originally Global.Sportsbook.com but was later rebranded to Uwin to be more similar to sister site Youwin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+).
