Sportsbook Cold Case: LSbet Complaint
In today's sportsbook cold case report SBR covers the nearly one year old complaint against online betting site LSbet (SBR rating D+).
A player originally deposited €240 on 29 April 2015.
A one-time sportsbook bonus rollover accompanied the player's deposit. After completing the welcome bonus turnover, the player asked for a withdrawal.
This is where things got hairy. The player was asked to send a copy of his ID card, Neteller, and Skrill screen capture. The player pointed out that his eWallet accounts are fully verified. He was also asked to send a photo holding his ID card.
After completing all of the requests, the player received only a deposit refund of €240. His winnings of €317 were confiscated.
The online betting site has stood by the following section from their terms and conditions:
LSbet Sportsbook: "Unfortunately, your account did not pass the verification process. Therefore, you are able to withdraw only the initial deposit. Once you send request of withdrawal for your funds, account will be closed. Decision is taken by Financial Department and it is final and irrevocable. The reason is in accordance with LSbet.com Terms And Consitions point 1.2.4. and 220.127.116.11"
The player argues the ruling.
