Sportsbook.ag player waiting over 2 weeks for bitcoin payout
Update 6/21: The player has confirmed receiving payment.
A Sportsbook.ag (SBR rating D-) player has reported that he has been waiting for over two weeks to receive a $2,100 payout via bitcoin.
The player rightfully points out that the delay is unacceptable for an option which should be near instant to use.
He was told the following by the online sportsbook:
Sportsbook.com: "Even though Bitcoin is our fastest withdrawal option, there is no timeframe for it however you will be provided an update to your account's inbox as soon as it is sent. When that happens, a notification will also be sent to your email on file letting you know about this message so you can read it."
Sportsbook.com markets easy deposits and leading industry software, but payouts have historically been spotty.
SBR reported on over $250,000 in slow paid funds from players waiting over six to eight weeks for cheque payouts last baseball season.
Sportsbook Review has asked Sportsbook.ag for comment on this bitcoin payout complaint.
The betting site remains on the scam sportsbook blacklist for confiscating over $100,000 in correlated parlay winnings in 2006.
Sportsbook.ag players who would like to submit payout complaints are encouraged to do so through this sportsbook complaint form.
