SportsbettingOnline downgraded to D+

A SportsbettingOnline (SBR rating D+) player has filed a payout complaint. The player has claimed to have three $500 requests pending through processing methods SBR has agreed not to publish on the news feed as a courtesy to other operators. The funds have been debited from the player's account, and for going on two weeks he has not received an update.

SBR is following up on this player's complaint.

Sportsbook Review reported on September 17 that a player has $8,200 in limbo at SportsbettingOnline. The player opened his account with a $500 deposit in the summer of 2014 and proceeded to increase his balance to $8,700. He received one successful payout via bitcoin, which was the maximum he was allowed to transfer through that method per house rules.

After attempting to withdraw additional funds via bitcoin, SportsbettingOnline allegedly instantly declined his following withdrawal request, and locked his account.

SBR has attempted four times to speak with SportsbettingOnline concerning the player's complaint through different members of customer service and management. The latest update was that a manager was new to the situation and was investigating.

The complaint remains open.

No verifiable payout feedback has been received from SportsbettingOnline players.

SportsbettingOnline has been downgraded from C- to D+ and may face further downgrades if its payouts and customer service continues to receive poor scores from users.
