SmartLiveGaming player under account review
A SmartLiveGaming Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has submitted a payout complaint.
The player has two pending payouts from the online betting site dated July 5 and July 7 for £160 and £230 respectively.
He was told that he should expect his payout in 3-5 business days.
After not receiving his funds and following up on the status of each payout request, the player was later told that the reason for the delay is that his account is currently under review.
SmartLiveGaming did not advise the user on when the review was expected to be finished.
