SmartLiveGaming player claims that £1,950 balance is forfeited
A SmartLiveGaming (SBR rating D+) player has filed a sportsbook complaint against the betting site.
The player filed a complaint today claiming that his £1,950 balance was confiscated by the sportsbook. He first deposited to his account March 10 and accepted a £20 free bet. He worked his balance up to the £1,950 mark before having his funds forfeited.
He denies violating any terms and conditions and points out that his funds were only confiscated following his first ever withdrawal request.
This is the third open sportsbook complaint against SmartLiveGaming since their entry to the sportsbook rating guide on October 30.
The complaints received have centered on a voided in-play wager, a confiscation of £60 in winnings, and now this £1,950 complaint.
Sportsbook Review has yet to reach a SmartLiveGaming manager to discuss the complaints.
SmartLiveGaming is a registered company in England and holds licenses with the UK Gambling Commission and the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. Their online casino is powered by the OddsMatrix Group.
