A SmartLiveGaming (SBR rating D+) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player requested payment on July 20.
He has reported that as of today the payout request is still reflected as pending.
Prior payment requests were paid in 2-3 business days through Neteller. He has not received a firm answer on when he will be paid.
SmartLiveGaming Player: "What concerns me is the lack of details or explanation, having contacted customer service their excuse appears to be "delay of certain procedures" or similar nonsense. They have confirmed that my details are up to date and have no issues regarding account verification or ID."
