Realbet Sportsbook Acknowledges $1,350 Payout Complaint
Realbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) have addressed the payout complaint a player filed regarding an unpaid $1,350 from a payout request originally made on February 27.
The player has to date only received a refund of his initial deposit and has not been given any information on when his withdrawal will be completed.
The sports betting site has said that they are following up with the player to resolve the situation. SBR has asked the player to relay updates and to confirm when the betting site contacts him; he had previously claimed to have only been given generic updates for the last several months and felt that there was no light at the end of the tunnel.
Online sportsbooks must be able to pay players in a timely fashion. Sportsbooks that are unable to do so or who typically have problems with withdrawals are indexed on the betting sites blacklist, as is Realbet. Users are free to exchange information on their sportsbook payout experiences using the September 2016 Live Payout Reports discussion thread at the SBR Sportsbook & Industry subforum.
