The player claims that he has a balance of €1,200 and that he has attempted to place a withdrawal for over two months.
He claims that Otobet Sportsbook has not responded to his multiple support inquiries.
Otobet Sportsbook players have submitted numerous complaints in recent weeks alleging slow-pay or no response from customer support, though Otobet has attributed most of the complaints to KYC related delays and internal security processes.
A batch of slow-pay complaints reported last month were allegedly tied to a change in cashier software.
