Otobet Sportsbook player claims winnings were confiscated
An Otobet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player has claimed to hold a balance of €4,700 with the online sportsbook.
He has submitted all necessary documents requested of him to satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) process at the online sports betting website.
However, after doing so, Otobet returned his €175 deposit back to his Neteller account without word.
He satisfied the play-through requirement of his sportsbook bonus as normal and as such expected to be paid his full balance.
The player has denied wrongdoing and has said that Otobet Sportsbook has not responded to his email inquiries seeking an update on the payment of the remainder of his balance.
Otobet Sportsbook players have submitted consistently negative feedback concerning their correspondence with the online sportsbook and the lack of communicated information.
SBR has asked Otobet for comment on this latest sportsbook complaint.
