Online sportsbook Dashbet comments on latest payout complaint

Dashbet Sportsbook has addressed the player complaint reported on March 19.

SBR followed up with Dashbet to inquire on when the player, who requested €1,500 more than one month ago, would be paid. The player detailed sending dozens of requests to Dashbet seeking to discuss his complaint to no avail, prompting him to ask SBR to get involved.

Dashbet would not get into the specifics of why this player as well as a crop of many others are being slow-paid, but did acknowledge SBR.

Dashbet:  "In regards with {name redacted} withdrawal concern, we are currently working on processing his withdrawal.  We have also advised and assured him to patiently wait for his withdrawal request, and we will definitely inform him as soon as it has been processed."

The player is understandably outraged by the fact that Dashbet had no problems accepting any of his deposits, but when it comes time to be paid, he runs into a brick wall.

In prior complaints, Dashbet was similarly tight-lipped, though the most candid the online bookmaker was back in January, when UK Gambling regulation changes were cited as leading to a wave of payout requests.
