Noxwin Sportsbook Bonus Complaint over Max Wagers
A Noxwin Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint with SBR against the betting site.
The player has said that his account winnings were confiscated after he unintentionally violated the sportsbook rules for bonus wagering. He wagered in excess of $50 after accepting a sportsbook bonus.
The player argued that because the software did not restrict him from placing the wagers, he feels his balance should be fair game. Additionally, he points out that all of his winnings should not be subject to removal. The industry standard is for the bonus amount to be docked or pro-rated.
On December 12, SBR reported on a different Noxwin bonus complaint. This complaint saw a player lose a balance of $862 after the following section of the Noxwin terms and conditions was allegedly violated:
Noxwin terms: "Duplicate bets or bets placed on the same event will not count towards the wagering requirement. If the user places two bets on the same event, only the 1st bet will count in th e turnover. "
Noxwin players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
