Netbet user claims that his account is erased without a trace

A Netbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) has filed a complaint with SBR.
He claimed to have deposited €100 on November 15. He did not place a sports wager or do anything; however, he has claimed that the next day he attempted to access his account and he received a message indicating that his username did not exist.
He has stated that his initial deposit has not been returned and that Netbet has failed to explain the reason behind the account closure.
Netbet players have generally submitted poor feedback on the betting site's customer service department, as well as the supposed difficulty of passing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
