NetBet Sportsbook dispute update
NetBet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) has addressed the sportsbook dispute reported by SBR on August 22. SBR reported that a player claimed a payout initially requested August 8 had not been processed. The user claimed that on August 17 NetBet requested a banking statement, which was provided the same-day.
NetBet management has claimed that in light of the statement being received August 17, his payout request would take 8 to 10 days from that time. The player has yet to confirm receiving his funds.
SBR reported on August 4 that Bet770 Sportsbook re-branded as NetBet Sport group.
SBR encourages NetBet users with feedback to write to SBR.
