LSbet Sportsbook vs. Player: Winnings Confiscation
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint accusing the online sportsbook of confiscating his $115 balance.
LSbet allegedly refunded only the player's initial deposit of $30.
The player has screen captures of his entire betting history which he offered to provide to Sportsbook Review.
He has denied wrongdoing and last received a response from LSbet concerning the complaint in April.
Sportsbook Review has reported on many LSbet complaints since the online sportsbook debuted in the sportsbook rating guide in November of 2013. LSbet was downgraded from C- to D+ on August 2nd of 2015.
Many players have complained on LSbet's at times far reaching KYC methods - for instance, LSbet Sportsbook has requested that players have third parties who they have exchanged Skrill transfers with them e-mail in their photo ID, to determine if the players are in violation of multi-accounting restrictions.
The problem with LSbet's position in many of the disputes is that conclusive proof cannot be shown to merit confiscating winnings.
Sportsbook Review has asked LSbet for comment on this latest complaint.
LSbet players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
