LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) has provided an update to SBR on the player complaint reported Monday.
A player claimed that his winnings were confiscated after his balance reached $352.
As it turns out, the time-line provided by the player may have been false. A full update to the sportsbook complaint has been made available.
LSbet provides evidence to update matter
Though the player claimed that he was waiting for a payout to be processed for two weeks, in fact his request was submitted January 1. He was advised the same day that he needed to submit KYC documents. Two days later, he sent some documents over to LSbet. The betting site then asked for additional documents.
In response to the request for additional documents, the player initiated a live chat session and requested to forgo receiving his winnings of $52 and simply to be refunded his deposit of $300.
LSbet honored the requested and returned his deposit yesterday, January 6.
The player has now requested to receive his $52 in winnings. He submitted the remaining documentation required and has satisfactorily passed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
