LSbet Sportsbook player submits bizarrre complaint
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a complaint.
The player deposited €300 and began wagering in November 2014. He shortly found that his maximum wager was restricted to €50 per play and asked to make a withdrawal. At this point, the complaint took a turn in favor of the bizarre, according to the player.
He says that he was first asked to verify his ID. He sent a photocopy of the requested documents, including a photo holding his ID card.
Following the submission of his documents, he was asked to provide proof that he is employed in his country of residence. The player does not have an employer, and was unable to comply with the request.
He was told that only his €300 deposit would be refunded.
Sportsbook Review is investigating the reason for the confiscation, and why employment is necessary to maintain an account with LSbet; after all, the player was not applying for credit, he was using his deposited funds.
LSbet players with feedback are urged to write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
