LSbet Sportsbook Case Update: Player clarifies initial statement
Sportsbook Review reported on a bizarre complaint launched by a player against LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) earlier this week.
In summary, a player claimed that his winnings were confiscated and only his initial deposit would be refunded due to not being employed in his country of residence.
The player has since issued a clarification: There was a translation error by Google Docs, as part of the complaint was written in Greek. In fact, the decision to close his account and confiscate his winnings of €1335 was for "commercial reasons"; more specifically, the player was accused of operating more than one account, a charge he denies.
The betting site was initiated with a rating of C on November 12, 2013. A mix of complaints have been launched against LSbet since, with the most serious being a complaint where a player and friend shared picks and had their accounts closed. An update was later posted that revealed the player in fact shared picks with up to six friends who all lived with him; these players also received multiple sign-up bonuses.
Sportsbook Review has followed up with LSbet concerning this latest issue.
LSbet players in need of sportsbook assistance should file a betting complaint.
