LSbet player's bonus complaint: €3 wagering limits
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint.
A player has claimed that he has been given unreasonably low wagering limits in relation to his outstanding bonus rollover requirement and has only 80 days remaining to complete rollover.
The player can only risk a total of €3 per wager on major sports markets and has allegedly been told his only other option is receiving his deposit back.
When online sportsbooks lower limits after a bonus they must be willing to cut the player loose and prorate the amount of rolled over funds. It is inherently unfair to give a player unrealistic rollover requirements that are difficult to achieve or impossible in the case of timed rollover requirements where all wagers must be made by a certain date.
Sportsbook Review covered this subject of wagers being limited with bonus rollovers pending in a news editorial last July.
SBR is following up with LSbet Sportsbook to determine if the sports betting site is willing to restore the player achievable wagering limits or simply prorate the bonus.
