LSbet management addresses two complaints
LSbet Sportsbook has addressed two recent player complaints where users claimed that their funds were confiscated.
The players, unrelated, told similar stories of signing up, depositing, and profiting before eventually the axe fell down from the risk management department of LSbet Sportsbook and balances were seized.
LSbet has requested that SBR print the following portion of their site terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions:1.2.4 The Player’s Account must be registered in Player’s own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the Player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, or any environment where computers are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which the Player opens with the Company, or which are beneficially owned by the Player in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts". The Company has right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). If the Company close a Duplicate Account; This decision is final and it cannot be changed.
Player number one adamantly denies having multiple accounts and requested to see the evidence. LSbet and SBR have went back and forth over the amount of details that can be shared regarding player accounts and without violating internal company procedure. SBR has advised LSbet that players who launch electronic complaints consent for SBR to hear details on their behalf.
LSbet players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
