LiveSports player called a "shark" and has winnings taken?
A LiveSports player has submitted a complaint.
The player claimed that he deposited $500 in March of 2016 and accepted a 200% deposit bonus.
Unrated online sportsbooks often offer such large deposit bonuses to stay competitive with sportsbooks that are more established and do not need to offer possibly unprofitable promotions to lure in new business.
LiveSports player: "Deposited $500 with a bonus of 200% in March. I attempted to withdraw the funds in April; however, they informed me that there was a 35 times rollover requirement and I was only at $22k toward that requirement. So I spent the next couple weeks betting to hit the requirement. During that time, I built my "winnings" to over $10,000."
The player reported that he eventually had his deposit refunded by the sportsbook and was told that he would not be paid his winnings due to his being a "shark" or non-recreational bettor.
Sportsbook Review has asked LiveSports staff to confirm the details of the player's complaint and will report back with any information.
LiveSports players with feedback, good or bad, are asked to write to email@example.com. Alternatively players in need of assistance can submit a sportsbook complaint form.
