Latest LSbet Sportsbook complaint involves $352 balance
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a complaint against the betting site with SBR.
The player's story follows a similar script as the previous complaints reported on by SBR: When the player put in for his withdrawal request, he underwent a round of KYC (Know Your Customer) that ultimately saw his winnings confiscated.
His first payout request was made with LSbet two weeks ago. He was asked to provide a letter with dates of each of his wagers, then for a photo of his ID and for a photo with himself holding his ID.
He complied with the requests, but has not been paid.
Sportsbook Review reported on January 1 that LSbet management addressed two recent player complaints. LSbet reinforced that when it believes the following section of their terms and conditions are violated, players will have their account balances less deposits confiscated.
Terms and Conditions:1.2.4 The Player’s Account must be registered in Player’s own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the Player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, or any environment where computers are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which the Player opens with the Company, or which are beneficially owned by the Player in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts". The Company has right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). If the Company close a Duplicate Account; This decision is final and it cannot be changed.
LSbet players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
