Kingdom Casino Comments on Player Dispute
Sportsbook Review reported on a 21-year-old college student's tale of running up a balance with Kingdom Casino (SBR rating D+) recently and his fear that he might not be paid.
The player told Sportsbook Review how he accumulated a balance of $2,795 before the online sports betting and casino website accused him of being a non-recreational player.
The allegation of being a non-recreational or sharp/professional player is the same as the excuse given by Oddsmaker (SBR rating F), who also use the Futurebet software and have an identically worded rule which states as follows:

"Player's participation in the Gaming System is personal and not professional. KINGDOMCASINO reserves the right to limit steam plays and wise guy action."
This same rule has been used to fleece more than a quarter million dollars of player winnings from Futurebet using websites, though Kingdom Casino and their BTG Global NV family of books have not taken it to the level of fellow Futurebet website Oddsmaker in their handling of winning players.
Dimeline, VIPSports.eu, and Kingdom Casino ownership are normally quick to respond to player complaints but have had occasional issues paying on-time and extending misleading customer service such as in this particular complaint.
Kingdom Casino has commented to Sportsbook Review and asked for the player to e-mail them again for another update.
The sports betting site has claimed to have followed up with their processor concerning the returned cheque the player received and why he has yet to receive his additional $500 deposit refund.
