JetBull Player Advised of Payment Delays?

Update by SBR: JetBull has confirmed that the player's payout request is currently pending and provided the following statement:

"We are sorry for this inconvenience, but the user was informed that our payment provider had some technical issues and we assured him that the winnings will reach his account. As soon as we will have the information that the funds reached the user`s account, he will be informed via email. We are very sorry for this situation, but our payment provider is currently working on solving the issue."

A JetBull Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has submitted a payout complaint.

The player has claimed that he ran up his balance to £1,280 two weeks ago.

He was told that his funds would be paid in 4-5 working days.

After not receiving his payout in the advertised time, the player was told that there was an issue with a third party processor.

The player has not since received any new information concerning the status of his funds and so he decided to submit a sportsbook complaint form through SBR.

SBR has asked JetBull to confirm the reason for the withdrawal delay.
