InstantActionSports player submits $4,497 payout dispute
An InstantAction Sports (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint with SBR.
The player requested a $4,497 payout through Neteller on November 11, and claims to have contacted the betting site daily for updates but has yet to be paid.
The player should have been advised of his options to request payment via alternate methods, as was done in other InstantActionSports complaints, where players were paid through both Person to Person and interbook transfer.
SBR spoke with a manager and received confirmation that eWallet methods such as Skrill and Neteller were unavailable due to banking changes being made by the sportsbook. No time table was given on the return of these cashier options, however it was stated that players could receive payout via alternate methods.
The player who has filed a complaint with SBR over a $4,497 outstanding balance has not been given the appropriate instruction toward collecting his funds.
SBR has followed up with management and has instructed the player to send an email requesting payout via an alternate method.
