HitItBet bonus dispute resolved
A HitItBet Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player filed a bonus complaint last week. The user claimed that a free €100 match bet was denied as he failed to sign-up properly. HitItBet required that users create their betting accounts through a targeted landing page. Users that registered directly were apparently denied this bonus.
Sportsbook Review.com followed up with HitItBet management, noting that it appeared this user attempted to redeem the promotion in good faith, making his stake of €100 on a football match.
HitItBet.com agreed and credited the player his free bet bonus. HitItBet also asked SBR to relay to the public that all users who were not technically in accordance with house rules during the promotional period have now been credited with the free match bet bonus.
HitItBet was introduced into the SBR sportsbook ratings guide at C+ on March 28th.
SBR asks HitItBet users with feedback to write to SBR.
