Globet Sportsbook players remain owed
Since Globet Sportsbook has surrendered their UK Gambling Commission licence, players have continued to report not receiving their funds as the sportsbook remains down for the count. Globet was slow-paying a handful of players at the time of their address change with the UK government as SBR reported in February.
Globet Sportsbook, downgraded multiple times over repeated slow payment complaints, appears to be insolvent.
This is the second online sportsbook in as many months that has turned out the lights under the watch of the UK Gambling Commission, long held as one of the most regulated and rock-solid jurisdictions.
Globet Sportsbook players have reported in droves of unpaid payouts and balances to Sportsbook Review in the last week alone. Players are owed over $70,000.
