A Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has received a partial payout of €200. The player wrote SBR for assistance 30 December 2013, reporting difficulty receiving funds. SBR followed up with Globet Sportsbook management who finally addressed the claim 22 January 2014, indicating that the player received the partial payout. SBR has confirmed this with the player.
As with other sportsbook complaints, Globet management did not expand with information concerning the growing number of slow-pay complaints or when their processing would improve. Globet Sportsbook management advertises a payout time of 2-3 working days, a time-frame that they have been unable to meet.
SBR recently downgraded Globet Sportsbook to the rating of D. Globet Sportsbook faces a blacklisting if their service to users continues to miss the mark.
