Globet Sportsbook payout complaint arrives
A Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has reported that a payout request of €900 made more than 21 days ago has yet to be processed. The player reports that Globet's online cashier for eWallets promise relatively instant payouts, while the terms and condition indicate most withdrawals take 2 to 3 working days. SBR has followed up with Globet.
SBR lowered the Globet rating on October 9 due to the lackluster handling of customer payouts. The sportsbook expressed no desire to be interviewed or comment on the accounting issues faced by the sportsbook.
Players should be advised that Globet is not processing payouts in the time-frame advertised on their website. SBR remains available to help players with payout issues and will continue to act as a voice for these users in its interactions with Globet staff.
