Globet Sportsbook payout complaint #2
A second Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) payout complaint has been filed. A user has told SBR that he requested payment of €379.94 on 11 May 2013. The player initially deposited €100 through Skrill (Moneybookers). Globet has not processed the withdrawal or responded to the player's emails. SBR is following up on the complaint.
Update: Globet has paid the two players referenced in this report.On 7 June, SBR reported that a Globet player had not been paid a £247 payout requested nearly three weeks prior. Globet also failed to provide an update to this user. Globet has not yet commented to Sportsbook Review on the payout complaint.
Globet players have often reported of poor customer service and extended payout time-frames beyond what's advertised by the sportsbook. Globet has in the past discussed claims with SBR.
SBR reported on a betting dispute involving a Globet player in September of last year. The Globet dispute was later resolved.
