Globet addresses payout complaint
On July 10, SBR reported that a Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player submitted a payout complaint. The player asked for €569 via Skrill nearly four weeks prior and had yet to be paid. SBR followed up with Globet management to discuss the claim. Shortly after, management confirmed that the player's payout had been processed.
Globet players have consistently reported of tardy payouts beyond the publicly listed time-frame of 2-3 working days. Management has generally been receptive to discussing claims, but has shed little insight on when payouts would be back on track or what has led to the growing number of complaints.
